1 of my shops owners is trying to optimize a product and brought up some questions that got me wondering i see u can set title descripotion keywords etfc on "item details' now say i added a product_title product_keywords product_description feilds to the form designer can i use smarty codes to simply add those entered text strings what would these smarty codes look like

ok so for the past while some of my staff have complained that they could not post blogs and events, today i logged in as standard user and they are correct the functions to do many things are diff on everyones pages or profiles so i thought i would check how the quotas are set up and i went in and turned on almost everything for all quotas and still no change, one member said he changed his name and then he could see the blog button? no idea but here are a few screen shots of diff quotas...

I think this is what the Timeline module basically does when activated for a members signup quota. 1. All the member profiles get an activity feed that shows (a) their own activities on their own public profile page, and (b) the activities of any other members they are following. Does this work the same for the Admin profile page as for ordinary member pages? i.e. As Admin, I have to deliberately "follow" members for their activities to show on my public profile page? 2. When visitors join my network with social sign in, they are taken straight to their new account settings page without seeing the TOS statement and checkbox that are revealed during the JR native signup process. This leads to at least two questions: 1) What are the legal implications? 2) What is the best way to guide social sign in members to the TOS statement and checkbox?

Events missing from Top Nav - and home page

Activating other modules and importing content meant that a navigation link appeared in the top nav and the content was displayed in a panel on the home page. I see events on my profile page. I see the block in index.tpl. Nothing is turned off that I can see. I'd like to display only future events, up to 7 with a page turner.

Where is CSS code located in a JR site? And related questions

I see many threads discussing CSS code, but almost everyone seems to already know where it is and how to use it. On one thread, it appears that something called skin_init has a collection of CSS codes that the skin somehow refers to. Does this mean there is a central location for CSS code as well as peripheral location (in the skin) where CSS code is also located? I have no overall image of where it all fits in. And elsewhere, like in the form designer. This using the up arrow is slow. If not, why not a down arrow? Moving a category down to places now requires moving the two categories below it up. Not anything urgent. For when there is nothing else to do.

Custom Form fails to upload Audio and Image files

Hello, I created a custom form using the "Simple Custom Forms" Module. I created a bunch of text files and one Audio type field and one image type file. The form opens fine, but when I tried to upload an Audio File, it fails with "Upload failed" message. The same happens with Image type. If I remove these two fields it works fine. Is there anything that I'm doing wrong? Please help.
